CHALLENGING PREDICTIONS

Worrying about something is like putting yourself through it twice.

RE-THINK THE WAY THAT YOU VIEW FUTURE EVENTS
A majority of the stress that we have before something happens comes from the mindset that we are taking. The view we have comes from previous experiences and the emotional associations that we created.
There is always the possibility that a situation will have a negative outcome; but knowing that the possibility is just as likely for a positive outcome puts it into perspective. 
Or, on the other hand, a new situation that you haven't experienced may be overwhelming due to the "unknown" aspect. In both cases, recognizing the positives as possibilities is one of the best approaches. Working on thoughtful thinking when looking to the future helps divert focus to more rational and clear goals rather than the what-if's.
