Being able to drag a slider and get the satisfaction of revealing a percentage is something that many people appreciate. The engagement also gives purpose to the time you're spending doing the strategies. 
Learning something new is sometimes very overwhelming, and breaking it down makes it look a little less intimidating. Since Calmify would potentially be offered in app stores, it is a healthy alternative to mindlessly scrolling through social media.
As you complete a strategy you can track your progress on the top, and returning to the home page during a strategy will pause your session which you can do later!

The biggest part of getting into a habit is by implementing it into your daily routine. Being aware of the way you are thinking is something that requires undivided attention and therefore does require time. However; the benefits of practicing mindfulness most certainly outweigh the inconvenience of time investment.
