Mindfulness

Worrying about something is like putting yourself through it twice.

One of the main aspects of mindfulness that Calmify focuses on is awareness of thinking.  This can seem incredibly complex, to being thinking about the way that you are thinking. However, thinking through a lense of mindfulness leads to a higher awareness of the ways that your actions are impacting others, and allows for progress to be made.
Since our thoughts have such a high influence on our emotions and the way that we experience situations we need to keep them in check.  it is wild how much your overall well-being can improve with just a shift in the perspective we take when we reflect on something that has happened. 
One of the most exciting things about mindfulness are the benefits that have been proven to arise through the practice.
